MAY IS LYME AWARENESS MONTH!

W5 aired a very thorough investigation in November 2009 detailing several Canadians whose lives who have been turned upside down by Lyme Disease. This truly eye opening news piece does a fantastic job of covering the trials and tribulations Lyme patients face in terms of receiving an adequate diagnosis and treatment here in Canada. In my opinion, it is the best news coverage on Lyme Disease to date and I encourage you to watch the clip.
W5 – “Out of the Wild”
Everyone’s favourite cutie pie – Dr. Oz aired a segment on Lyme Disease in May 2010. The piece is wonderful and does a great job explaining what Lyme Disease is and how to prevent it. I was truly impressed with Dr. Oz as always and his willingness to expose the real dangers of Lyme. There is no “sugar coating” here and that is why I respect the Oz man so much!
